Our services are meant to serve any person at any stage of life who is interested in and dedicated to their personal growth process. Our psychotherapy approach is broad and adaptable to what each person needs.
Lindsay’s Clinical Supervision is for those who are working towards LCSW licensure and need to complete their required supervision hours. During this time, Lindsay will supervise your work and provide mentorship to you as a new professional. She brings over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of settings to her supervision. Lindsay deeply enjoys teaching and helping new practitioners in this way.
Lindsay’s Clinical Consultations are for professionals who desire overall consultation or supervision for a specific case. If you are feeling stuck on a case or want guidance and support on something that may fall outside your realm of expertise, this extra support is made specifically to support you in these circumstances.

We recognize that not everyone can afford our fees and we believe it is important for psychotherapy to be affordable. In an effort to balance respect for our time, expertise, and livelihood with our commitment to providing accessible therapy, we reserve a limited amount of appointments at a sliding scale for those in need. Please indicate your need for this in your initial email via the forms found on this site.
Our fees are:
Lindsay Cusack - $135 per fifty-minute session
Jessie Edwards - sliding scale between $50 - $100 per fifty-minute session
Lindsay’s clinical supervision and consultation fee is $135 per fifty-minute session
Lindsay accepts and is 'in network' with Colorado Medicaid, Medicare, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna and will direct bill these insurances for clients. For those who would like to use other insurance, she is considered ‘out of network’ and can provide a statement/receipt that can be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement. Jessie accepts Colorado Medicaid.
We accept cash, checks, Zelle, and Venmo. We ask that you pay for your therapy at the time of service.
Office hours are by appointment. Evening and Saturday appointments are available.
The purpose of the first session is for you to become acquainted with your therapist and determine the goodness of fit. The session will last approximately 55 minutes. Your therapist will ask you questions about your current difficulties and some of your history. Feel free to ask any questions about your therapist’s style or approach. It may also be helpful to think about what you would like to accomplish in therapy. At the end of the session, we will make a recommendation of the type and frequency of treatment that we believe is best for you. We will also discuss your initial goals, though these can also be clarified as treatment progresses.
